“Could not be happier with the work and the service from Alan and the boys at Preprite. Our floor was in a terrible state, 25 years of neglect had left the concrete full of oil, grit and other contaminants. Cracks ran between the slabs and the surface looked like a ww1 battlefield complete with trenches and craters. Alan came in but wasn’t phased, gave us a quote that was much cheaper than i expected and we agreed there and then to have the work done. It was set to take 4 days (Monday-Thursday) while we did other maintenance on the workshop. A month later they turned up in their distinctive vans and set about grinding the surface down. As others have said there was a surprisingly small amount of dust despite the fact that 7 industrial bin bags full of grit were vacuumed out. The worst was taken off with the skim and the cracks and craters were filled in quickly after. The first coat of resin went down the next day and transformed the place and as the next several coats went on it just got better. Line marking and warning chevrons went down next and as promised they were finished with time to spare on the 4th day and the workshop was transformed, but not for long. Disaster struck when one of the sales staff proceeded to walk directly through the yellow paint leaving footprints down the grey side of the shop. After much swearing we gave Alan a ring and he went above and beyond, getting the guys back to re-coat the damaged side the next day. It was back to looking the best it has in several decades and the doors were barricaded to stop dozy salesmen walking in. A week later and its performing well and wowing curious customers who keep peering in through the MOT viewing window. I would not hesitate to recommend Alan and the guys to anyone and we have already had the manager of the garage next-door over to take a look. 5/5 *****”

“Absolutely delighted with the job Alan and his staff did for me. The building that our car sale company was moving into was just under 10,000 sq ft, and comprised a newer floor that was in half sensible condition, and half that was old and very rough. I contacted a couple of companies who came and looked at it but promised to send me a quote but didn’t bother, but Alan came when he said he would, was a lovely bloke and worked out a fair price for me. It was all agreed quickly, and when he came to do the job, I was equally impressed with all his lads. He has a great team, who are all as friendly and professional as Alan. But over and above everything, the finish to the floor was outstanding!! I had been putting updates of the whole renovation on my work Facebook page (Alyn Brewis Nice-Cars), and everyone commented how the floor was transformed. Everyone that sees it thinks it is fantastic. It is that good that even two weeks later, people ask if it is still wet and if it is ok to walk on! The finish is tremendous! So, if you are reading these reviews because you are considering using Prep-Rite UK for a job, believe me, you will not be disappointed. Professional service at its best. Many thanks”

“Alan and his team completed the painting of the production area (approx 5400 square meters) on time and to budget, whilst production were still running at full capacity. I woiuld highly recommend Prep – Rite Uk as a complany if you require and floors covering.”

Mick Brown – Production Manager, Daikin Applied (UK) Ltd

“From the quotation stage to the completion of the job, Preprite-uk have been a pleasure to have working for us….. the floor in the garage was a right mess and needed attention! To allow us to keep the garage open so it would impact the day to day running as little as possible, Preprite came in on the Friday and worked Saturday and Sunday, so we could open the garage as usual. The job they have done is nothing short of amazing, given the state of my floor and the timescale in which they completed the job. Now my business looks more presentable and professional. I’d recommend these boys to anyone!! Ill be giving them a call when the time comes for a polish and paint of the floor in the future.”

Tony Breeze, Maddison Autos Ltd

“At last a company who does exactly what they say they’ll do ! Alan and his team work to a very high standard and I will definitely be using their services again in the very near future. The results achieved on the flooring project were exceptional and all done during normal business working hours with no interruption to the site production. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prep-Rite to anyone.”
