“Could not be happier with the work and the service from Alan and the boys at Preprite. Our floor was in a terrible state, 25 years of neglect had left the concrete full of oil, grit and other contaminants. Cracks ran between the slabs and the surface looked like a ww1 battlefield complete with trenches and craters. Alan came in but wasn’t phased, gave us a quote that was much cheaper than I expected and we agreed there and then to have the work done. It was set to take 4 days (Monday-Thursday) while we did other maintenance on the workshop. A month later they turned up in their distinctive vans and set about grinding the surface down. As others have said there was a surprisingly small amount of dust despite the fact that 7 industrial bin bags full of grit were vacuumed out. The worst was taken off with the skim and the cracks and craters were filled in quickly after. The first coat of resin went down the next day and transformed the place and as the next several coats went on it just got better. Line marking and warning chevrons went down next and as promised they were finished with time to spare on the 4th day and the workshop was transformed, but not for long. Disaster struck when one of the sales staff proceeded to walk directly through the yellow paint leaving footprints down the grey side of the shop. After much swearing we gave Alan a ring and he went above and beyond, getting the guys back to re-coat the damaged side the next day. It was back to looking the best it has in several decades and the doors were barricaded to stop dozy salesmen walking in. A week later and its performing well and wowing curious customers who keep peering in through the MOT viewing window. I would not hesitate to recommend Alan and the guys to anyone and we have already had the manager of the garage next-door over to take a look. 5/5 *****”
